To access the functions and services offered by Golden Smart Home Technology Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), you must register as a member. By completing the registration, you agree to the Company's privacy policy and terms of service.

The personal data collected by the company for the needs of health management application services is hereby notified to the user according to the “Personal Data Protection Law”

1. Purpose of collection: to provide health management application services, relative activities and courses, and marketing activities.

2. Categories of Personal Information: Account, nickname, email address, phone number, height, weight, year of birth, diet, exercise, gender, body fat, blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, blood sugar, and other physiological measurement data.

3. Period, Region, Object and Method of using personal data:

(3.1) Period of use: period of using health management services

(3.2) Use area: our company and location of cloud platform for data storage

(3.3) Use object and method: The personal data used by the company is only for the analytical and statistical use of health management services. If there are related services, such as online nutrition consultation, the data will be provided to experts such as nutritionists for professional evaluation only. Lastly, personal data will also be provided as requested by the official letters issued by competent authority.

4. According to the Personal Data Protection Law in Taiwan, the rights and ways that user can execute are listed as below:

(4.1) The rights that user can execute against the company are as follows:

(4.1-1) Inquire or request to view its own personal data.

(4.1-2) Request a copy of its own personal data.

(4.1-3) Request to supplement or correct its own personal data.

(4.1-4) Request to stop collecting, processing or using its own personal data.

(4.1-5) Request to delete its own personal data

(4.3) For the rights executed by the user, the company would like to know that it shall be handled in the manner and within the period prescribed by the personal data protection law of the country where the company is located.

5. User is free to choose whether to provide personal data to the company. If user has decided not to provide or provide incorrect personal data, including incomplete personal data, user may not be able to use our health management service.

Term of Use

When the user uses the company’s health management service APP, it means that the user has read, understood and agreed to all the contents of this service term. The company’s health management service providers have the right to modify or change the contents of this Term of use at any time. If the user continues to use the health management service, it is deemed that the user has read, understood and agreed to accept the amendments of changes to this Term of Use. If the user does not agree with the content of this Term of Use, the user shall immediately stop using the company’s health management services. The contents of this Term of Use are as follows:

2. Please keep the personal account and password properly an do not disclose. The company reserves the right to dispose the account and password if the account is improperly used or abused by others.

3. Any message, response or picture posted by the user on the health management service platform shall be responsible by the user himself/ herself. We hope that the user will adhere to the following principles:

(3.1) It is forbidden to engage in acts that violating the law.

(3.2) Intellectual property rights, such as copyright, must be respected; and the publication of texts, pictures or flies in any form with patentability or commercial copyright is prohibited to post.

(3.3) It is prohibited to use health management services to transmit or publish offensive, defamatory, threatening, obscene texts, pictures or any form of files.

(3.4) In the event of a violation of the above provisions, the service provider reserves the right to suspend or delete the account. Any violation of the law will result in legal responsibility.

4. If any information uploaded by the user to the health management service violates this Term of Use, or the ownership of rights, or other legality disputes, the right to interpret the dispute belongs to the health management service provider. The health management service provider has the right to stop user’s qualification of using the service immediately and without notifying.

5. Health management services may sometimes be interrupted or malfunctioned, which may cause inconvenience in use, loss of data, errors, or failure to contact emergency contacts. It is recommended that the user take protection or data backup when using health management service. Second channel to notify emergency contacts is recommended as well. The health management service provider may stop or interrupt the service when one of the following situations occurs. In principle, when the service is stopped or interrupted, the service provider will notify the user first, but the following emergency circumstances are not limited to the principle:

(5.1) Health management service providers cannot provide services due to force majeure factors, such as natural disasters

(5.2) Sudden failure of electronic communication equipment causing the electronic communication service to be stopped and therefore the provider faces difficulty of providing services as usual.

(5.3) Necessary maintenance and construction of electronic communication equipment which supporting the health management services.

6.All information of health management services, including but not limited to texts, photos, pictures, videos, music, software and sound etc., are protected by the copyright laws of the country where the company is located. Please fully respect intellectual property rights and copyrights. Offenders shall be responsible for any lawful consequences by themselves. Other matters not mentioned herein shall be handled according to the laws and regulations of the country where the company is located.

7. When user uses the health management service, it means that the user has agrees to participate in the activity related to online nutrition consulting services, and at the same time, the health management service provider will also provide confidentiality obligations of all personal data to the user, and never arbitrarily distribute or outflow any user’s personal information.

8.User agrees health management service to send EDM or messages of activities, courses and marketing campaign to user’s email address.
